About Melina Dhital
Ms. Melina Dhital is a student-athlete, healthcare worker, and emerging leader at the intersection of medicine, entrepreneurship, and community care.
A long-distance runner on Penn State University's women's cross country and track & field team, she balances rigorous academics — pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Psychological Sciences — with her work at UPMC.
Melina is also a licensed real estate agent with Iron Valley Real Estate. She channels her creativity through her love for photography.
As a project coordinator at BCH for Project Pathway to Hope — a mental health and suicide prevention initiative — Melina brings her lived experience and trauma-informed lens to programs designed to uplift, support, and empower.
Whether in medicine, media, or mentorship, she leads with intention, empathy, and an unshakable commitment to service.
