We welcome Yam Mainali to the BCCPA Board of Directors. With 8+ years in operations and community engagement, an MHA from Radford University (4.0 GPA), and experience as Senior Practice Manager at UPMC Primary Care, Yam brings exceptional leadership to our board.

About Yam Mainali
Yam brings over 8 years of experience in administration, operations, and community engagement. He holds both a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Radford University, where he graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Professionally, Yam serves as Senior Practice Manager at UPMC Primary Care and has previously served as Director of a Bhutanese refugee nonprofit organization, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and strengths of our community. He holds a Lean Six Sigma certification, reflecting his commitment to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Yam's deep ties to the Bhutanese refugee community and his extensive healthcare management expertise make him an invaluable addition to our board. We are excited to have him help guide BCCPA's mission forward.
